AC Milan complete transfer of Adil Rami

AC Milan have secured the services of Adil Rami for the new season. The Italian side agreed a 5 million euro fee with Valencia for the centre back, who will partner Alex at the heart of a new look defence.

The 28-year-old French international had a spell on loan at the San Siro last season and the club have opted to make the deal permanent having agreed a fee with Spanish side Valencia.

The defender has signed a three year contract at his new club and will be hoping the move will help his decining international hopes.
