Liverpool agree fee for Xherdan Shaqiri
Liverpool have reportedly agreed a fee of around £10m to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri in January.
The Swiss international has been on the radar of the Merseyside giants in recent weeks, and The Star claims that the club have beaten off competition from Arsenal and Manchester United to land the player's services.
Shaqiri is likely to complete his medical in the next few days ahead of his switch to Anfield.
Liverpool play away at Sunderland in the Premier League on Saturday.
