Spanish side Granada are nearing a loan agreement for Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira.

The Mancunian giants are considering offers for their fringe players after Jose Mourinho stated his intention to trim the first-team squad.

According to The Mail, the 20-year-old has agreed terms with Granada, and a temporary contract is likely to be finalized before the end of the day.

The Brazil Under-23 international found some gametime from the bench under Louis van Gaal last term, but with the arrival of Mourinho, his future has come into question.

Fellow teammates James Wilson and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson have previously been loaned out to Derby County and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively, while Tyler Blackett, Donald Love and Paddy McNari have left on permanent deals this month.

Pereira has appeared in just 11 games for Manchester United since his debut in 2014.
