Man Utd to offload Mkhitaryan?

Manchester United are prepared to see the exit of Henrikh Mkhitaryan just months after his arrival from Borussia Dortmund. The midfielder does not fit into Jose Mourinho's setup, and will have to prolong his career elsewhere.

Mkhitaryan, 27, joined the Red Devils on a £26.3m deal over the summer following weeks of negotiations with his previous employers.

Since then, he has struggled for regular playing time with his sole start against Manchester City ending at half-time after he aggravated a thigh injury.

According to The Sun, the Special One has not been convinced of the player's abilities this season, and is prepared to cash in on his services in the New Year.

Mkhitaryan is said to lack the physicality suited for playing in England, and this is the main reason why the Armenian was left out in recent games.

Mkhitaryan has appeared in five outings for Manchester United this season.
