Man Utd to sign Antoine Griezmann?

Manchester United are alleged to have sealed a deal in excess of £100m to sign Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann. The France international is expected to join the Red Devils in the summer in what will be a world-record transfer fee.

Griezmann, 25, has been on the Red Devils radar for some while with the club's officials deemed to have met up his agent to negotiate contractual terms.

According to The Independent, Atleti have given up on keeping hold of their star asset after the Red Devils tabled a package in excess of £100m for the player.

Griezmann has had a good association with Paul Pogba on the international stage, and he is set to link up with his teammate at Old Trafford on wages similar to the 23-year-old.

Diego Simeone's side have identified former ace and Chelsea player Diego Costa as the ideal replacement for Griezmann next season.
