Cillessen not content with his gametime at Barca

Netherlands goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has confessed that he could assess his Barcelona future after his restricted playing time under Luis Enrique this season.

The 28-year-old linked up with the Catalan giants as a replacement for Claudio Bravo, who opted for a Premier League challenge with Manchester City last summer.

Cillessen has since made just seven starts for Barca across all competitions with a just solitary appearance to his name in the Spanish La Liga.

Speaking to Sport, the former Ajax man insisted that he is not happy playing second fiddle to Marc-Andre ter Stegen, and he could potentially push for an exit at the turn of the year.

"I have not thought about listening to offers, I'm fine here," he told Spanish daily Sport. "If I play very little, we will see in the winter transfer window, but for the moment I am not thinking about anything."

Cillessen featured in both legs of Barca's Copa del Rey semi-final win over rivals Atletico Madrid, but he still remains a doubt for the final with outgoing boss Enrique likely to trust Ter Stegen between the sticks against Alaves.

Cillessen had been the key catalyst towards the Netherlands semi-final run at the 2014 World Cup, and he will no doubt want to retain the number one role ahead of major showpiece event in Russia next year.
