Palermo striker Amauri is excited about the prospect of joining Juventus. The forward is almost certainly joining the Old Lady at the end of the season after another impressive goalscoring year in Serie A.

“I haven’t seen the newspapers, but I know what they are talking about and what is going on, even though I’m not thinking about it at all,” Amauri stated.

“I am just thinking about working and playing. We will see what happens at the end of the season.

“But for me it is a victory to see my name linked to Juve and other big clubs and I have dreamed of this since I was a child.

“The Bianconeri are a very important side with a great history and I think that it would be great to play there.”
