AC Milan deny Mexes interest
AC Milan have denied interest in Roma defender Philippe Mexes. The French defender had been linked with a shock £15 million move to the Italian rivals, but the clubs new president Adriano Galliani denied that a move was in the pipeline.
“We have a good relationship with the Sensi family and thus Milan would never break that by approaching one of their players whilst he is still under contract,” said Adriano Galliani.
“We have never contacted Mexes and we will only make an approach once Roma has put a player on the market.”
The Roma defender has also been linked with a move to the Premiership, with Chelsea among some of his suitors.
