Arshavin to Man City?

Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Andrei Arshavin is reportedly now being chased by Manchester City. Tottenham have already reportedly made an offer for the Russian midfielder.

Arshavin is one of the most highly rated players in the Russian league, and Man City may have to pay up to £15 million to land the player.

Chelsea too are reportedly keen on the player, and Roman Abramovich's Russian connections could lure the Zenit man to the Blues.

Arshavin is one of the hottest prospects in Russian football at the moment.
