Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal have agreed a fee of up to £5.5M with Cardiff city to sign talented youngster Aaron Ramsey. The initial fee is about £1.5M.

Aaron Ramsey, the teenager from Cardiff is set to sign a deal with one of the top clubs in England. Cardiff has agreed on a fee with Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham although the player has to agree personal terms and must pass a medical for the deal to be completed.

The 17-year old has attracted plenty of interest from the best clubs in England, and is considered one of the brightest prospects of his country - Wales. Cardiff have confirmed that Man Utd, Tottenham and Arsenal have made bids, and only two have been given permission to talk with the player. They informed that Liverpool were also interested in signing the player.

Manchester United appear favourites to sign him because they are offering to loan players to Cardiff, including Ramsey, as part of the deal. On the other hand, Tottenham have the advantage of having signed Chris Gunter, Ramsey's close friend, from Cardiff in January.

Ramsey is a left-sided midfielder, born in Caerphily, Wales. He has scored a goal in three appearances, of which two is from the bench, in the FA cup. His performance in the FA Cup quarter-final win over Middlesbrough won him accolades. He is currently the youngest player ever to play for Wales under-21s.
