Aston Villa eye Jonathan Mensah

Aston Villa are ready to make a bid for Free State Stars' Ghanaian full international player Jonathan Mensah, according to a report from Africa.

The player will be allowed to leave the club for a fee in the region of 2 million GBP.

Aston Villa coach Martin O'Neill has put the player on his wish list.

The player is regarded as one of the brightest youngsters in Africa.
