Man Utd can finally sign Sporting star for big discount

Manchester United have the opportunity to land Sporting CP midfielder Morten Hjulmand for a discount fee next summer.

The Red Devils are expected to land a defensive midfielder at the end of the season and they are exploring multiple options.

Hjulmand has been linked for some time and A Bola claim that he could be purchased for a reduced fee when the season ends.

The Dane has a release clause worth €80 million valid between June 1 and June 15 next year, but Sporting are ready to sell him for less.

They are prepared to sanction his departure for around €50-60m, considering his good conduct during last summer's transfer window.

Hjulmand was the subject of interest from Juventus earlier this year, but he did not push for an exit against the wishes of Sporting.

Sporting appreciated his decision to stay put for another season, and they are unlikely to block his exit for the right price next summer.
