Scolaro given £250m for signings

According to the British tabloid The Daily Star, the newly appointed Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has been given a massive £250 million to spend on new signings this summer.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has appointed Scolari to win him the UEFA Champions League next season and is in no mood not to spend lavishly

Deco was only recently unveiled and it is believed that several more would be rushed in at Stamford Bridge before the next season commences.
