Jamie O’Hara predicts 2019/20 Premier League top four – and tips Arsenal to continue their Champions League hiatus

Jamie O'Hara has named his top four for the 2019/20 Premier League season - tipping Arsenal to stretch their Champions League hiatus to four years.
The talkSPORT pundit admitted he believed next season's campaign will follow a similar pattern to last season, with two teams once again going head-to-head for the Premier League crown.

Last season, Manchester City pipped Liverpool to the crown by just a single point to retain their title in one of the most thrilling campaigns in years.
The race for third and fourth was no less exciting, either, with Chelsea and Tottenham just sneaking ahead of fifth placed Arsenal by two points and one point respectively.

The competition at the top has never been closer, especially now that all the 'big six' are fighting to finish in just four places - all of which guarantee Champions League qualification.
So who will make the coveted top four? Former Spurs midfielder O'Hara had his say on the Final Word on talkSPORT.
"I think it’s pretty easy; it’s quite cemented for me," he said.
“Liverpool and Man City are going to run away with it again, and I think Tottenham are going to progress [to third].”
And when asked who would finish fourth, O’Hara replied: “Chelsea.
“Arsenal are nowhere near it.
“And the problem Man United have got is they’ve still got this whole saga going on with [Paul] Pogba and with the football club about who is going and who is staying. That can really affect a pre-season.
“They need to get it done and get down to business.”
