The Brazil international informed executives at the Parc des Princes yesterday that he wants to depart.

Real Madrid are circling and look set to launch a formal raid before the transfer window closes.

However, according to Spanish daily Sport, PSG have informed the wantaway star that he’ll be given no special treatment.

PSG signed Neymar from Barcelona for £199m two years.

The Ligue 1 champions fully intend to recoup all - if not more - of their initial outlay.

Sky Sports claim a cash-plus player deal would also been deemed acceptable.

PSG sporting director Leonardo has openly admitted he will listen to offers.

"It's clear to everyone,” Leonardo told La Parisien.

“But in football, you say one thing today and tomorrow another. It's amazing but it's like that.

"Yes [I have spoken to Neymar]. I do not want to tell all the details of the conversation.

"We talked with his entourage too. Everyone knows everything. The position is clear for all participants.

"But one thing is concrete today: he still has three years of contract with us. And since we have not received an offer, we cannot discuss anything.

"Neymar can leave PSG, if there is an offer that suits everyone.

"But to date, we do not know if anyone wants to buy him, or at what price. All this is not done in a day, that's for sure.

Gareth Bale could leave Real Madrid this summer (Pic: GETTY)

"PSG wants to rely on players who want to stay and build something big. We do not need players who would do a favour at the club by staying here."

Real might be tempted to include Gareth Bale in any deal.

The Wales international, who turned 30 today, is deemed surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu.

Bale’s relationship with Zinedine Zidane is fractured and the Spanish giants are keen to get rid.

His wage demands are problematic, though.

The former Tottenham star earns a staggering £500,000 a week which has seriously limited interest.

Barcelona could still attempt to coax Neymar back to the Nou Camp.

Reports today suggested the Catalans have already had £36m, plus Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho, turned down.
