French wonderkid Noam Emeran has confirmed his move to Manchester United.

The 16-year-old caught the eye of United scouts with some impressive performances for French side Amiens.

PSG and Juventus had both been keeping tabs on Emeran but United have pipped the European giants to his signature.

It had been hoped that a deal would be completed last month but the teenager took to Instagram to provide confirmation.

He posted: "Happy and proud to announce my signature in this great club and big Family which is Manchester United .

"A big thank you to my parents, to Badou my lawyer, my loved ones and the coaches (from Sannois, Amiens and INF) who have made me grow up to this day.

"This is the beginning of a new and great adventure if God wants it."

Emeran has played most of his youth football from the left wing but can also play through the middle.

The teenager has already been eyed by Belgium despite being born in France, but he has no plans to switch allegiances.
