Aquilani set for AC Milan move

Liverpool misfit Alberto Aquilani is close to a move away from Anfield as AC Milan reportedly agreed a 12m GBP deal with the Reds.

"I am close to joining Milan," Aquilani told Gazzetta dello Sport.



It is understood that Aquilani is flying to Italy on Monday to agree personal terms.



Dalglish had hinted that there might still be a future for the Italian at Anfield, but it seems that he will need to leave the club to find regular first-team football.
