Sneijder denies Inter Milan exit

Sneijder denies Inter Milan exit

30 August 2011 - 12:54

Wesley Sneijder has announced for the first time that his future lies with current club Inter Milan, despite reported interest from Man City and Man Utd.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Inter Milan chairman Massimo Moratti admitted in pre-season that he was not sure where Sneijder would be next year; however it seems Inter Milan have won the battle to keep the Dutch international.

The player revealed: "I'm staying at Inter - I don't think I'll leave at this moment in the transfer market. Manchester United? Anything is possible in football, but I don't think this time something will happen.

"I know that if I were to leave it would have to be for the right price, Inter was clear about that. But I have not spoken formally with the two Manchester clubs."
