Reported Arsenal and Manchester City target Xherdan Shaqiri is now attracting interest from Italy, with Milan and Napoli looking to hijack any potential deal with an English club.
Shaqiri plies his trade in the Swiss League with FC Basel and has scored 12 times in 72 appearances for the club.
His stock has risen since his hat-trick against Bulgaria in a Euro 2012 qualifier and the player is now valued at around £15 million.
