Chelsea's manager Andre Villas-Boas has declared the Blues are unlikely to spend any money in the January transfer window. Chelsea have lost three of their last five games, putting their Portuguese manager under some pressure, but AVB will not be panic buying once the market reopens.
Instead, Villas-Boas seems happy with the squad available to him and will instead focus on turning around Chelsea's worrying recent form.<br />
Defeat to Liverpool and Arsenal in the league in recent weeks has concerned many, but Villas-Boas will not be bringing in new players to help out: "As for transfer targets and money available, we [Villas-Boas and Abramovich] did not even touch on January. That is not on the agenda or the priority at the moment."
