Hamsik pens new Napoli contract

Chelsea target Marek Hamsik looks set to stay at Napoli for the time being, after putting pen to paper on a new four year contract with the Italian side.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is a very big fan of the midfielder, and had been linked with a 22m GBP move for Hamsik in January. But Hamsik's signing of a new contract indicates that he is happy with the club and intends to stay for the time being.<br />

Hamsik will earn a reported 150,000 GBP per week under the new terms of his deal.
