Wahbi Khazri linked with Blackburn move

09 January 2012 - 08:40

Blackburn manager Steve Kean is considering a move for Wahbi Khazri. The Bastia winger is being considered as a perfect replacement for Junior Hoilett, who is expected to leave Ewood Park within the next six months.

  • The 20 year old has enjoyed a run of form in the Bastia first team over the past two years, and a number of French clubs have also expressed an interest. Last summer, Monaco were reportedly interested in his services.

But it appears that Blackburn are leading the race for the coveted youngster's signature, with a fee in the region of around 3m EUR expected to be enough to complete a deal.
