Aiyegbeni Yakubu has been linked with a shock move from Blackburn Rovers to Turkish giants Galatasaray. The Nigerian forward could be offered a massive 2.5m GBP more per year to move to Turkey.

At Blackburn, Yakubu has recently shown the form that made him one of the most formidable strikers in the Premier League, and Steve Kean's trust in the Nigerian striker has meant considerable playing time for the forward.<br />

However, his time at Blackburn could be cut short, as Galatasaray are lining up a shock 2m GBP offer for the former Everton man.
