Queens Park Rangers have failed in their efforts to sign Brazilian under-20 international striker Henrique on an 18-month loan from Sao Paulo. According to a report, the forward has failed a work permit application.
We understand that the R's will not be appealing the decision either, so it appears that a move for the forward has completely fallen through.<br />
A QPR spokesperson said: "He didn't get a work permit for various reasons."<br />
It's a bitter blow from the player, who was named under-20 World Cup player of the tournament.
