Dos Santos' move to Sevilla falls through

Sevilla have decided against making a move for Tottenham's wantaway striker Giovani dos Santos, as the Spanish side refused to pay the huge fee that Spurs were hoping for, believed to be in the region of 5 million GBP.

Sevilla instead signed Jose Antonio Reyes two weeks ago, and have decided against a move for the Mexican forward.<br />

Sevilla club president Jose Maria del Nido admitted that a deal had fallen through:&nbsp;"(Tottenham wanted) an exorbitant amount for him.&nbsp;In the end they were asking for &euro;6.5 million."
