Jeffrey Bruma rules out Chelsea return

29 January 2012 - 11:27

Hamburg defender Jeffrey Bruma has no plans to return to Chelsea at the end of the season. The 20 year old is currently enjoying a loan spell with HSV, the club that former Chelsea development chief Frank Arnesen is currently representing.

  • Chelsea told to pay £42m to sign Pep Chavarria
  • Chelsea also want to sign Man Utd midfield target
  • At Chelsea, Bruma has found his first team opportunities limited and is expected to move away from Stamford Bridge permanently at the end of the year.

Bruma has enjoyed a successful spell with HSV so far, scoring 2 goals in 13 games for them in the Bundesliga.

"It was my dream to win a first-team place by [the age of] 21," Bruma said.

"But you must play. At Chelsea it does not look like the chance is coming."
