French defender Sebastien Bassong has completed a move from Tottenham to Wolverhampton Wanderers last night. The centre back will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Molineux.
Bassong has long been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane, but last summer Spurs rejected an offer from Queens Park Rangers for the defender.<br />
The 25-year-old will now spend the next five months with Wolves, in the hope that the club will make a permanent transfer bid for him and that he can help Mick McCarthy's bid for Premier League survival.
