Tom Huddlestone is happy to be on the fringe of a first team return, despite the midfielder almost completing a move to Premier League rivals Stoke City during the summer.
Huddlestone is set to play in today's Europa League match against Maribor.<br />
"The clubs had something in place but the agreement changed at the last minute which made the deal fall through but in hindsight it worked out well as I have come back to Tottenham and now I am playing," said Huddlestone.
