Fernando Amorebieta to join Fulham

Fulham are believed to have wrapped up a deal to bring Athletic Bilbao defender Fernando Amorebieta to Craven Cottage this summer. The player is out of contract at the Basque club.

Amorebieta has agreed a deal with the Cottagers in principle. He is set to earn around 2.2 million Euros a year at Fulham.<br />

According to Spanish paper El Correo, the player who internationally plays for Venezuela, will join up with Martin Jol's team in the summer. He also turned down a fresh deal at Bilbao.
