Fernando Amorebieta joins Fulham

Fulham have wrapped up the signing of Fernando Amorebieta from Athletic Bilbao on a free transfer. The centre back has signed a four year contract at Craven Cottage.

The defender has been linked with a move to London for several weeks, and has now officially agreed terms with the club.<br />

"I'm delighted to have signed a four-year deal with Fulham and I'm looking forward to competing in the Premier League next season," said the defender.<br />

"I'm impressed with the talent already at the club and I look forward to meeting the players for pre-season training in July."
