Juventus Target Aleksander Kolarov

Juventus Target Aleksander Kolarov

26 June 2013 - 14:12

Juventus have targeted another Manchester City player, Aleksander Kolarov, alongside the Argentina international Carlos Tevez.

 • Chelsea set Enzo Fernandez asking price
 • Brazilian winger wants to join Arsenal this summer
 • According to Goal, the Serie A champions are hopeful to bring in the former Lazio full-back to Turin, whilst closing in on the signing of Carlos Tevez, in a combined £20 million deal.
It is understood that Juventus are planning on playing the defender in their wing-back system and are hoping to secure his signing, considering City’s desire to sell the 27-year old. Kolarov moved to the Etihad stadium from Lazio in 2010, in a deal valued at 16 million pounds.
Reports also suggest that Juventus are in advanced stages of confirming Tevez deal with Manchester City after agreeing a £10m fee, which could increase to £15m if the Bianconeri win Serie A and reach the semi-finals of the Champions League. They intend to secure Kolarov’s signature at a combined outlay of around 20million pounds.
The former Lazio star had earlier revealed his desire to be willing to leave the Etihad Stadium if he could be guaranteed regular football elsewhere. In June 2012, he said:
"I am in constant contact with my agent, so we will soon see what happens”
"I am very happy here in Manchester but my goal is to play with greater regularity. I said it to [former boss Roberto] Mancini.”

"Money has nothing to do with it and I have no problem with wages. It's simply that I would like to be able to feel more of a regular."
