Borussia Dortmund's next signing will come from outside of the Bundesliga, according to chairman Hans-Joachim Watzke. The player is believed to be located in France.
"I could tell you a lot, but I'll be careful not to do too much," Watzke said.
"He's not coming from the Bundesliga and we are working to complete the transfer."
