Reports from Brazil suggest that the Gunners are closing in on the signing of the hugely talented Atletico Mineiro star Bernard.
Bernard Anício Caldeira Duarte who is commonly known as Bernard, has been the topic of speculation for the North London side since last week. Brazilian reporter Alexandre Oliviera has revealed that the Brazilian International is set to join the Emirates club this summer for a fee in the region of £20m.<br />
According to his speech on ESPN Brazil, he stated: “Atletico Mineiro’s Bernard is going to join Arsenal.”<br /><br />Bernard has turned into a player of huge potential since his partnership with fellow team mate Ronaldinho. He would be the perfect addition to an Arsenal squad which sometimes lacks a bit of creativity in the midfield department.
