The Brazil international, Felipe Melo, who has spent his last two seasons in Istanbul, playing for Galatasaray, will stay put at the club as the Turkish champions have officially announced the permanent signing of the ex-Juventus man.
Galatasaray have confirmed Melo’s permanent transfer to the club from Juventus for a fee of €3.75 million. It has also been revealed that the player will net €3.1m per year at the Turk Telekom Arena.
The Brazilian moved to Juventus from Fiorentina in 2009, in a deal that is believed to be in the region of €25m. Juventus confirmed his switch to the Super Lig champions on their official website on Saturday morning.
