Former Bolton striker Johan Elmander is a shock target for Crystal Palace. The Swedish forward is currently out of favour at Turkish club Galatasaray and could be sold this month.
The player has been deemed surplus to requirements as he was not registered as one of Galatasaray's six foreign players for the coming season.
