  • England star to join Chelsea in two-year deal
  • Premier League outfits Crystal Palace and Norwich City have been handed a blow after the Ghanaian International revealed his intention of not leaving Udinese. The 22-year-old midfielder has earned 30 caps for his national side and is keen to continue his progess at the Italian club where he notched up 25 appearances last season.

He told Football411: "I have not thought about leaving this club. I am committed to Udinese and that is the optimum thing.

"As it stands now my representatives have not told me anything about clubs chasing me. I see some in the newspapers and on the internet that some clubs are chasing me, but as I speak to you I have not received any offer from any club."

When asked about the mooted interest from the Premier League he added: "Those reports are not true, I will never do that to a club that has been so helpful to me.

"I have no idea where these reports are coming from, for me nothing is concrete and that is the bottom line.I am a Udinese player and I respect that."
