Norwegian defender John Arne Riise has come to an agreement with his club Fulham regarding a free transfer departure this summer. The club and player have agreed a mutual termination of his contract.
German side Werder Bremen are following the former Liverpool midfielder, whilst French side Rennes are also believed to have contacted Riise's agent.
"Yes, it looks like I will be parting company with Fulham this summer," Riise told reporters.
"Fortunately there is an agreement for there to be no transfer fee, so let's see what the rest of the transfer window brings."
