QPR assistant manager Kevin Bond stresses on need for new additions

18 August 2013 - 09:33

Queens Park Rangers' assistant manager Kevin Bond has reiterated the club's desire to find new players before the transfer window shuts down after their 1-0 victory over Ipswich Town.

  • Chelsea expected to sell striker after loan deal
  • Arsenal defender misses training ahead of Man Utd game

  • Rangers are yet to suffer a defeat this new season in the Championship and continued their fine run following a last gasp winner from Tom Hitchcock at Loftus Road against Mick McCarthy's Ipswich.

However, Bond still believes that the squad is a little short on creative players and that they would do their best to bring in new faces in the next ten days.

He said: "We're everything that we weren't last year - everybody's together and you do feel that.

"If I'm really honest, I think we're short in the creativity department. You need goals and creativity and I think Harry likes that too.

"So I don't think we're finished yet. I think we might do a bit of business between now and the end of the window. We'll add to our squad if we can."
