Toulouse join race for PSG's Clement Chantome

Toulouse has joined the race to sign in demand central midfielder Clement Chantome from Paris St Germain. The midfielder was also reportedly a target for a host of other clubs, such as Fulham and Olympique Lyon.

  • This comes as Toulouse look to replace midfielder Ettienne Capoue who moves to Tottenham this summer.<br />

    Chantome has spent all of his career at boyhood club Paris St Germain, making 210 appearances in all competitions and scoring 8 goals since making his debut in 2006, and has one cap for his country. He can player as a central midfielder or an attacking midfielder. <br />

    Toulouse are talking about an initial loan deal, with the option of making permanent at the end of the season.
