Arsenal forward Park Chu-Young will make a return to France and sign a loan deal with St. Etienne. The 28-year-old has only made 1 Premier League appearance since joining from Monaco back in 2011.

It is understood that Park Chu-Young will move to France on a deal that could see him end up at St. Etienne permanently after the end of the current season.
