Everton manager Roberto Martinez has sent scouts to watch Portuguese midfielder Diogo Viana. The 23-year-old is currently playing at Gil Vicente and is valued at approximately 4 million Euros by his club.
The Mirror reports that Viana has been monitored by several teams in Europe but Everton appear to be the front runners. It is hoped that the Toffees could seal a deal for the midfielder before the end of the transfer window.
