Cardiff City in bid for Callum McManaman

02 September 2013 - 01:44

Cardiff City have joined the race for Wigan winger Callum McManaman. Crystal Palace have had an offer of £3 million rejected, thus Welsh club Cardiff City look set to pounce for the talented youngster.

  • Arsenal linked with new shotstopper as backup to Raya
  • Juventus and Roma to battle for 20yo Arsenal star

  • McManaman is known to favour a return to the Premier League despite Wigan chairman Dave Whelan's assurances that the Latics will return to the Premier League this year.

The 22-year-old helped his current club to success in the FA Cup last year and is a fan favourite at Wigan, but the interest of Cardiff is sure to tempt the talented youngster.
