Southampton's Emmanuel Mayuka joins Sochaux on loan

Zambian International Emmanuel Mayuka has joined French outfit Sochaux on loan from Premier League side Southampton, according to BBC Sport.

The 22-year-old will spend the rest of the season with the French Ligue 1 club on loan. <br />

Mayuka told reporters : "I'm happy to sign with FC Sochaux. I need to have more game time so I had to be loaned from Southampton - I thank them for understanding.<br />

"I cannot wait to play my first game with Sochaux," <br /><br />"Right now I'm busy and must focus on Zambia's game against Ghana. This is most important."
