Championship side Reading have reinvigorated their desire to sign former Fulham striker Mladen Petric, as per the Daily Mail.
The 32-year-old veteran forward failed to earn a one year contract extension with the Cottagers and is now available on a free transfer.
According to the Daily Mail, the Royals manager Nigel Adkins is keen on the signing of the talented striker, who had a disappointing stint with the Cottagers last season making just nine starts for the club and scoring on five occasions.
The Croatian International signed for Fulham on a free from Bundesliga side Hamburger SV four years ago.
