Derby County youngster Will Hughes looks set to leave the Championship outfit when the winter transfer window opens up in January.
Derby boss Steve McClaren has openly admitted that he would find it hard to keep hold of the talented midfielder beyond the upcoming winter transfer window, with the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United in the hunt for the player's signature.<br />
During an interview, Mclaren revealed the player's status at the club, "Our job is to make sure he makes it." He said. "Eventually he will be too good. What we need behind that is players coming through to replace him."
