Sunderland midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini could be heading for a January exit, with Italian giants Inter Milan keen on acquiring his services.

Inter Milan are keen to resurrect their title winning squad, and manager Walter Mazzarri is keen on adding recruits to the squad during the winter transfer window.



Giaccherini has been the Black Cats' most impressive performer during their unpleasing start to the Premier League campaign, as he tops the charts with 3 goals for the club.  



Inter are expected to have a spending spree following Erick Thohir’s takeover of the club and the club are planning a £6.5m offer for the talented midfielder.
