Ustari to leave Getafe?

Ustari to leave Getafe?

15 November 2007 - 01:35

Getafe president Angel Torres has revealed that the future of Argentina goalkeeper Oscar Ustari is under threat. The player was signed for over 6m Euros during the summer.

  • Chelsea ready new contract for star midfielder
  • Chelsea make first move to sign Xabi Alonso
  • Getafe are already looking to sell the player, and the keeper has not played as often as expected whilst first-choice goalkeeper fellow Argentinian Roberto Abbondanzieri was injured.

Torres confirmed that this situation cannot continue:

"We are going to hope to see what happens, but Ustari cannot continue without playing. Either another club will purchase him or he will go away on loan to a club where they guarantee to me that he is going to play."
