Brazilian forward Hulk talks up Tottenham transfer

09 November 2013 - 08:09

Zenit forward Hulk has told reporters that he would be interested in a transfer to Tottenham, if only to link up with his former manager at Porto again, Andre Villas-Boas. Spurs have been linked with a move for the Brazilian striker for over two years.

  • Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Crystal Palace, Evans starts
  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal

  • Hulk enjoyed plenty of success under Andre Villas-Boas at Porto, with the Portuguese side winning the Europa League amongst other various domestic successes.

Hulk has now admitted that he would consider a move to the Premier League with Tottenham and has fueled speculation that a transfer is imminent.

Hulk said of AVB: "He is very intelligent tactically. He was almost so well informed about the opponents that we pretty much knew everything about them when we went out on to the pitch, it was scary how much we knew.

"I am really happy Villas-Boas is making a mark in England, and it would be fantastic to play under him again one day."
