Preston North End starlet Josh Brownhill is apparently being monitored by Premier League giants Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, with a view of making a January bid for the player.
The 17-year-old attacking midfielder, recently got his chance to represent the first team at Preston after impressing in their youth setup, but is yet to pen a professional contract with the League One outfit.
Preston manager Simon Grayson is reportedly unwilling to listen to any offers for Brownhill, but would be powerless to rebuff a transfer if a large offer comes by.
Reports in England also claim that the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping a close eye on the talented youth star.
