Fulham midfielder Derek Boateng has admitted that he could make a temporary move from the club in January in a bid to seal a berth in Ghana's World Cup squad.
The 30-year-old midfielder has been limited to just two league starts for the Cottagers, since being signed for the West London club by former manager Martin Jol on a free transfer in May.<br />
However, Boateng feels that his spot with the Black Stars could be in jeopardy, if he remains with Fulham until the end of the campaign.<br />
"It is every players dream to play in the World Cup and I want to go to Brazil to help my national team, [but] I cannot go while I continue to warm the bench at Fulham," He said.<br />
"I was signed by Martin [Jol] and he is no more with us, so I have started speaking to Fulham and hopefully they will understand me and allow me to go on loan."<br />
Ghana booked their place into the World Cup finals in Brazil next year through a 7-3 aggregate thrashing of Eqypt last month.
